Why would you ever…if you were going to do an instrument cluster swap…do the 99-00 SI or ITR one, but if you really want the 92-95 cluster…i have one out of my white car that you can have ;D

If the CRX fits either EK cluster or DC ITR cluster, I’m sure that you can fit the same array.
But you should focus on your goals of the build and worry about clusters later.

what i find odd is this person that does turbos for a living suggested the s300 series which encompases turbochargers ranging from 600whp to 900+whp, thats not very specific. the s362 i would imagine would be the one he suggested as it is the smallest in the s300 series but even still its larger than a gt35r. if you definately want a borg warner, they make an s256, and s258 which are more appropriately sized turbochargers for your application of 450-500whp. we have an s256 in the shop right now were are going to test on my car vs my gt3076r.
one of my few suggestions would be to do a lot of research as to what it takes to make 500whp.
what engine management system do you plan on running?
what fuel upgraded are planned?
what parts are you going to use when you build the block?
if you cant answer those question you need to stop and find out those answers or you will be fighting an uphill battle with this project.

you should at least know what fueling is necessary for 500whp? it not too big of a deal if you dont know but these are things you need to find out. learning whats needed will give you an outline of where the build is headed, what parts are needed in what order. just trying to help you out here, i could tell you exactly what is needed but whats the fun in that lol.

i dont know the guys are inline personally or their experience with cars like this. i suggest doing personal research to keep you from buying unnecessary parts, and saving you from making some mistakes. when i first started my build like 3 years ago, i bought some parts that were not good for my application that i had to resell because i didnt know any better. just trying to keep you from potentially making the same mistakes.
They were doing cars long before inline such as daves supra and bobs mustang so i think there advice is worth listening to considering they specialize in F.I…but im not trying to start a fight so if your goin to go to the Battle feild…and dont get me wrong i more than appriciate the advice
Listen to hybrid. Do your own research. Never trust any shop fully.
