Oh idk bob said two kids came by and one was kinda small so i thought it was joey lol ;D
oh that’s hilarious sean, and those pics are HUGE!
i’m not small lol… where did you snatch this turbocharger up?
Well the pics finally loaded, nice to see the pistons are usable :crackup
that piston is goin in the next motor :banana
Turbo specs aren’t that helpful. You need a compressor map vs your motor’s demand lines. Even that, is suspect as it doesn’t match real world exactly but it’s better. What works on car A might not work on car B even with the same displacement.

Taken this further. I’ll quote the best driver I know:
2 ways to make a car fast: the right combo of parts or throw as much money at it that it has no choice but to be fast.
99% of imports can’t do the later and fuck up the former by creating new pathways own their own and fail miserably. Stick with what works and that includes not buying some random ass parts.
looks like this things gonna be about as fast as the build… :sleep
lol… well when u got a block like that it would be awhile for us too
I object to your statement :nod
:bore
i mean if everyone on this forum doubts my car ill stop talking about it…im sry its not moving fast enough for you but its goin to be what i want and as for doing what everyone else has already done well thats no fun…i mean theres only so many ways you can make it diff and mine should have some surprises…
Keep us updated, take anything anybody tells you with a grain of salt, weither it’s us or your Inline, most of the people in the world are out to get you.
It’s just that most people on here wouldn’t recomend going a “different” route, but in the end, if you succeed, you proved everybody wrong and got something unique. Pioneers are never met with a great praise, but then again they don’t always succeed.
me 2, just said it to help sean
They aren’t met with great praise because it’s not necessary. Too many people who try to be pioneers who don’t have the ability to do so. A lot of people doing similiar things, learn from their mistakes. Or, you can just ignore every word of advice and let the chips fall…
Your going for a different set up which I can understand, but if a different set up fails miserably, whats Plan B? Up shit creek without a paddle?
^^ yeah, and with a drained bank account to boot.
there are so many people around that have turboed their cars, especially hondas… i would def. take someones advice that have had a successful build and apply it to my own. i’m not saying to just go for the norm, but with something like this, it is worth doing piles of research, and seeing what works, and what is affordable/ reliable for your own personal preference. reinventing the wheel is just not necessary here, and can be very costly investment. i am not bashing any part of your project, and i can’t speak for everyone, but we’re trying to help.

i don’t think a t3/t4 57 trim is different. its pretty much the basic standard turbo honda guys use iirc. anyhow, where did you pick the turbo up?
Its not the turbo thats goin to be diff its little things and i got it from a friend of mine here at inline
Idk, that Synapse top mount is looking mighty SICK! that would be something i’d put on my B Series, but ofcourse, im TRULY different with my K ;D :banana :runaway
