absolutly agree with jay start small and upgrade with time, plus this way ur chances of blowing the motor are slimmer also

now just listen to me about the acl’s and make sure everything is right the first time, its definetly not fun having to tear a motor out again for bearings

ditch the block guard, ditch the main studs and make sure everything is measure out properly and good luck man

Yea I’m with breetime, I drove a 250whp ion redline that was supercharged all the time and then got my teg which is like 260 only gutted and turbo. I got the shock of my life when the boost hit and the steering wheel started to spin. I was used to torque steer but not like that.

this is what i planned on doing all along.
theres no way me nor the motor would handle 500whp right off the bat.

actually, the turbo d ran real well for what it was. LITTLE faster than 16 seconds though…maybe 15.7

i personally would ditch the studs, my personal motor is built for 800whp and im running stock main bolts, as well as most pro racers i know run stock main bolts

i think all he did was put plugs in it and it was runnin better.
