are you keep the same turbo setup, or going 30/35R?

last i knew same turbo just piston/rod combo and springs/retainers
Maybe some body work/paint?
.63 57trim right? cp/eagle(balanced) setup, stock sleeves should be enough. get some fresh cams for it.
yeah i believe thats the turbo he was/is running it’ll still make good power!!!
they can make good power, low 400s, they are just lazy turbos. boost comes in slow(compared to a DBB turbo) and the torque spike is pretty abrupt, because its lazy. but as long as you have a good rpm range and can keep the turbo spooled between gears (honda flatfoot shift will do it) then youll be fine with it. its just the out of boost, into boost transition that the 57trim is odd. alot of cars have surge issues with them which usually will make the 50 trim, or 60trim a better choice.

I actually make 9 psi pre-4000 rpms…I agree with all that you’ve said…but I’ve never really had any surge problems tho…but then again im on wastegate spring…I’d love to get a dbb turbo for sure…but I also know I can make 400whp with this turbo…
so hopefully:
cp/eagle combo, springs/retainers, type-r intake cam, victor x…new valves…oil pump. water pump, HG… yadda yadaa…and a clean low white teg…wingless :thumb
