Exterior I’d give an 8.5/10 - absolutely no rust, just one spot of touch-up paint over the driver’s side rear wheel well. Underside has no rust other than minor surface rust.

The wheels on the car pictured are Motegi FF7 16x7’s wrapped in Sumitomo 205/45/R16 ultra-high performance summer tires, have atleast 95% life left on them
I have the original Subaru 15" alloys with tires as well
Car needs nothing, runs phenominally well, I get about 350 miles to a tank driving somewhat aggressively so its great on gas, great in the snow due to the AWD system
