I guess he means the car is well kept. :dunno: The chain license plate frame was the icing on the cake. Ironically, this car was on the part of 837 that is never well kept. I know, mildly amusing.
If you can’t read the other one it says “All Eyez on Me”. All eyes are on him because… he has goofy, hard to read font, gangsta-spelled, poorly spaced words on his Ford Focus with a bent gas cap cover? I couldn’t tell what was on the front windshield. Trying to read the letters from my rear-view was too hard.
