Went out to Norwalk Raceway in Ohio this weekend with OROC for an IHRA event. :tup:
I had never been to one of these so I didnt know what to expect. :gotme:
It turned out to be a good time and the nitro methane cars are just fucking sick. The feeling when 8000hp whips by you is unreal :headbang:
The only thing I could compare it to is getting bombed in Iraq, except this shakes you for a bit longer :lol:
I was also really impressed with the fireworks show at the end, especially how they lit up the whole track like they did :pimp:
I wish it was a little closer to home, the track prep is freakin awesome. At the end of the night they let us walk around on the starting line and i had trouble picking my feet up because the track was so sticky. :eek:

I’m about 30 minutes from norwalk (I’m in Cleveland, Ohio)… It’s a great place. A buddy of mine rents it out for a day once or twice a year. Fun Ford Weekend is always a great time too. They always have fun shit going on and tons of nice cars to watch.
ya it was an awesome time, i try to go to at least one national event every year, last year i went to Toronto, this year Ohio… the top fuelers are so addicting, the sight, the sound, 300+mph, everyting about them
there was actually, this one chick that kept walking by in a low cut shirt i didnt even try to hide my stalker stare, i just radared in on the boobies and held the gaze as long as i could see :tup:
