Dropping it off at Hodge’s next week.

I called Hillview Motors this morning about getting a new trans. (where we bought it)

Their reply was, “It’s $80/hr for diagnostic work, but that can be applied to the repair.”

I said, " I just want a new transmission, it’s acting up and I don’t want my wife left stranded."

Her reply was, “we can’t do anything until we look at it, and then we’ll decide if it needs a new transmission.”

I asked if she could quote me a new transmission and what type of warranty, she said no.

I’ve bought a Grand Cherokee and two vans there…never again!

Hillview sucks ass for customer service.
