A new guy from Phoenix

Hey… what’s up guys/gals? My name is Chris. I used to live in Richmondville, NY years ago and now live in Phoenix. Back then I hung out with Justin GSR and the other Cobleskill guys. A few weeks ago I bought a 2002 S2000 for a daily/HPDE event car. I also have a 1995 Neon ACR that was SCCA prepped and ran in the Neon Challenge events years ago(Even have the log books :D). Current plans for the S2000 are another set of wheels with some NT-01’s or R888’s, a low sitting seat setup with aftermarket roll bar, and a track event one or two days a month.

Will trade you my rpf1s with 225/255 star specs!!! 17x8 and 17x9. Pay no attention to the $1000 difference in value, ok? :slight_smile: I can add 2.5k additional miles on the tires by driving to Phoenix to complete the transaction.

What sway bar you goin with??

I’m not sure yet. Depending on how the cars feels I may get a bigger front bar if the rear feels loose. I have a feeling I’m going to be pushing the limits of the stock suspension on R comps, and coilovers will happen eventually.

Go to s2ki.com and research the front sway bar. If you’re going with a squared setup you’ll need the front sway bar.

Sounds like 1.25" or 1.375" solid front will do the trick. What setup do you run on yours Cliff?
