Your vehicle was inspected by our Chrsyler district manager, Lisa Schofield on November 22, 1993. At that time it was determined that the twisted drive shaft was not due to any fault of your Chrysler motor vehicle as the drive line was free and unrestricted. During that inspection it was also noted that the left front leaf spring was bent due to an accident, also that the rear springs were flattened at the eyelets. There was also impact marks on the axle tube from the body jounces. This indicates taht the suspension traveled past its normal extension and retraction path.
