theres a handicapped lady in my office building that drives. her car has hand controls. they look like paddle shifters. She’s got them on a new chevy impala. the factory installed them… no extra charge.

Yeah my dad a quad to they have hand brake , and hand thottle on the left side of the steering wheel.
the “indy” driver you speak of. Actually raced CART when he lost both of his legs and has been drving in an italian touring car(think speed world challenge) with hand control and doing quite well. He has had a couple wins.
