ya. i had the worst luck. i bought the car in march 04 and expected shipping mid april. funny thing is it was supposed to be shipped april 1st, and when they drove it from customs to the port (which i’m told is only about 2 blocks), they t-boned a truck that ran a stop sign.
they replaced the bumper, fenders and hood, and painted them, but did a poor job. then they went about spray bombing some faded areas, making it worse. also, they reused the left corner light, and one of the tabs holding it in is damaged, so it sticks out a bit. add the fact they didn’t repair the A/C, i was kinda pissed.
but it’s all ok now, i did the bodywork on the entire car then painted it and it looks like new now.
wow thast is a bad experiance!! good to hear almost everything is minty now though!
