see the thing is he was answer other peoples calls just not mine cause i had other people call to see if he was working or some shit which he wasnt. they had told him to call me and he just wouldnt do it. anyways the bike is sitting in my basement right now i got it off him till he pays the 500 dollars and 50 cents. im surprised this thread got so many fucking hits damn 500 and some shit everyone loves to read about people like me being idiotic

ANYWAYS AS FOR HOW IT WENT DOWN the person leaves the bike sitting out side so i went over to his house like 30 minutes ago and just started to push it out of his drive way. i live probably 5 minutes from his how i was just going to walk it home( this is why they put locks on the forks in front use them) and as i was pushin he came outside and was like wtf you cant take that its mine. i looked at him and was like buddy its in my name that makes it mine and until you pay the insurance its going to remain mine im not going to ride it or anything it will just sit in my basement until you decide to stop screwing me. he got pissed and started screaming i thought you where a friend why you doing this. i just otld him im not looking to have m y credit fucked with and if he pays the shit he can get hte bike back. it all ended with me getting the keys off him to bring it to my place and him saying he will pay it tomorrow. so as long as that happens all is good.
