He was going to an officer-dispatched call, Im not sure if his lights were on or not, cant give a legit statement on that…
I just read a bunch of news articles… they all suck and are all the same. Basically i think they confirmed he didnt have lights or sirens on. Another one that I read said the he may or may not have been going to that call.
