From now on, im gonna fill a shaker bottle with 6lbs of my straight-line chalk wear a weightlifting belt even on arms day, shave my entire body, buy stock in body building.com tshirts, sweat like an animal, and scream like a gorilla that just popped off his first nut on each rep of every set then fill the afformentioned shaker bottle with 2ounces of water and drink the sludge between the front desk and the parking lot on my way out.
