I’ve been detailing a lot of customer cars lately. I got tired of looking at that sad excuse of a car in the driveway so I gave it a big red rub job :haha The Paint wasnt the best and was showing its age and lack of care.

What machine are you using? I just ordered a PC 7424xp to fix the marring/swirls that the bodyshop put in my car with their bootleg polishing job.
old school dewalt DW849. It’s not the easiest to use but Its powerfull and I have yet to ever have any issues even with doing multiple cars a day Like I did yesterday.Most bodyshop just woolpad/rubbing compound, which leaves tons of buffer trails and holograms.

And yeah, I am willing to place $ on the fact that they just had some 16 year old kid with a rotary, some compound, and wool pads and said to him “clean this car up as fast as possible”
You cannot haz the ballin detailing lights though.
