AMHERST, NY-- Amherst Police are investigating a report of a suspicious man that fell out of a tree in front of a resident’s home.
The incident happened Wednesday morning around 7am.
Police say a resident on Frankhauser Road was waiting at the bus stop when a man fell out of tree in front of the house. The resident told police that the man then walked south on Frankhauser to Sheridan Drive.
The suspect is described as a white male, about 40-50 years old, medium build. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt and dark colored pants. He has gray hair and a possibly a mustache.
Police checked in the area and did not find anyone matching that description.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Amherst Police Dept at 689-1311.

Sure enough, last night I had the cops harass me! I had to go to help one of our field engineers at a cell site in cheektowaga (I work for Vz W) and cops asked what we were doing hahaha.
