Im trying to think of this show, it was on around the same time as pee wee herman, it was an outdoors type show, goofy thin white guy, unmistakable voice, goofy hat, always tripping and falling, I remember him throwing his rod and tackle box in a pond when he tripped. but for the life of me I cant think of his name, so who am I thinking of
