just wondering what is the biggest Alternator i can get for a kade. im looking for 100amp+ and i really dont want to have one ship in from Ohio Gens.

^I agree with Adam. Quest alternators are a good upgrade, but require a little fabrication if I recall correctly from those DIY articles on NICO.
Plus for $90 bucks, thats a badass deal.
yup, done the mod…great upgrade escpecially if ur rockin a system.
What modifications did you have to do, and how long did it take to install? Just out of curiosity.

I had to do a bit of grinding on the alternator itself, i had to also grind out the slot on the alternator bracket so that i can can create more tension so the belt wouldn’t sqeek. here is a good write up on NICO, there is another one that i followed as well but can’t seem to find it…
