As a Z owner and member of twinturbo.net, I go on at least once a day to keep up on tech issues and to catch new / cool products. This is one this guy’s been working on for awhile and seems it’s finally come to real production. I think his intelligence and dedication to this product is truly awesome. This replaces one (or two if it’s a twin turbo) of our stock mechanical gauges and triples the gauge info. in the same space. Maybe there’s a chance he’ll expand to other vehicle makes and models. Thought it was cool to share.
Of course he would. If I spent all that time and want to make a couple bucks selling them I would say that it is easy to read as well.
Cool idea, but I agree that function over form might win out here if you make the numbers bigger.
The Z community members (myself excluded) are fanatical so I don’t think he’s BS’ing. Not to mention the time investment he has. The screen is LCD so I believe he can also make alterations to the software. I know the gauge configurations and colors are adjustable.
