is this just “throw some studded snows on” and go ice racing or is there rules for the build of the car?

From a brief skimming of the rules it would seem that my Eclipse is not eligible as performance wise it is to modified for the SL classes and I don’t have the safety equipment to compete in SLM or above.
Unless I missed something. My car has aftermarket ECU, upgraded turbo, stroked egine, etc…
