the prices are in CANADIAN FUNDS and they INLCUDE CUSTOMS and SHIPPING to buffalo where i will clear them through customs.
from there i will bring the pieces to the feb 27th go kart meet or any other major meet in the GTA for pick up / observation / discussion…lol
if u require me to ship the items to u i will use Canada Post and charge actual shipping with insurance and tracking info.
however, you are encouraged to come hang out with other SON240SX people at our meets to help the club grow.
the current order it already at $1000 CDN so hop on board if you are intereted.
this time around i require full-prepayment, there will not be anything left to pay upon pick up.
many people inquired as to why the first pricing was cheaper. please keep in mind that the listed prices the first time around did not include shipping and customs fees which were paid upon receipt of the items.
the current prices reflect the total sum of the previous costs + a margin to account for higher shipping and customs fees per piece because this is going ot be a smaller buy.
the window for this buy is less than 1 week. i plan to order by the weekend or on the weekend so as to make sure i can have the pieces before the gop kart meet on the 27th of this month.
the manifolds and downpipes are about as solid as you’re gonna find.
the downpipe is 2-piece design. not quie as pretty as some other ones due to the extra weld line but equally as functional for sure.
one of the SR turbo extensions from the last buy needed one bolt hole to be re-threaded. took 2 minutes for the boy to do so no real problem there. the fitment on all pieces is A-1 as reported.
the rear multi-link is all mild steel painted. mild steel is certainly strong enough for these pieces. the heim joints are average, but they have grease fittings to keep them lubed up and quiet.
a few people have the shifter in. i do and jesse does and so does brian phung. i may be the onyl one driving with it right now though.
i am not missing any gears, not having a problem in reverse or anything, but it does make some noises. B&M is suseptible to this as well. perhaps some people will have better luck than i am because some people have better luck with B&M as well.
there are other items available that we didnt bring in last time:
How’s the fittment on hard tie rods for the s14? because I remember reading about somebody having problems with them. And about the subframe spacers, do these replace the bushing or do they just go on top of them?
short shifter pwns you all. its amazing, works like a charm. better than sex . anyways, i did have a bit of difficulty installing it, so i had to take a crowbar to it :P. also, you must reuse the lower shift boot, but no big deal, couple of zip ties. all in all, amazing shifter for the price, highly recommended. i should probably be posting this in b&m short shifter knock-off review, but i’m lazy. and bing, i am driving with it in 8).
When i get some money i will deffinitly buy all my parts from bing. Just reading your descreptions it shows that you are a very honest person. Just wanted to let you know its appreciated.
Lol bing thats mine, Ill be getting some money to u on the weekend, i just havnt had time to set up an online banking account. Ill get it to u i promase
some of the items are currently not in stock at this time but will be next week.
for that reason i will not be placing the order this weekend but instead i will be waiting for the arrival of some items that have already been paid for.
so u gents have a bit more time here…
all orders that have been paid already are going to be ready for the 27th…
