Im not familiar with the term lift with cars… please explain

^^i had to look it up myself.

What i got out of it, is when you lift off the accelerator going into a turn, you remove any force keeping the rear wheels planted, so when the front dives down into the turn, the rear tires lose traction causing it to come around. I’ll find the link that i grabbed the explanation from in a minute.

In essence, this means that easing off the gas causes the rear wheels to break away suddenly, with the potential for the car to leave the road tail first.

Modulation is key. Some lift can benefit in some cars.
