^^i had to look it up myself.
What i got out of it, is when you lift off the accelerator going into a turn, you remove any force keeping the rear wheels planted, so when the front dives down into the turn, the rear tires lose traction causing it to come around. I’ll find the link that i grabbed the explanation from in a minute.

This steers the car more tightly into the turn, hence causing oversteer. In essence, this means that easing off the gas causes the rear wheels to break away suddenly, with the potential for the car to leave the road tail first.
