salvia is not something that you should take by yourself. you SHOULD have someone watching over you when you do it. just in case you do freak out horribly. when my buddy and I did it, we both just sat there laughing because of the shit that we were imagining. Neither of us felt like we wanted to kill ourselves when coming off the high.
