Stock turbo
93 octane
26 psi (tapering to 22)
Comp 272 cams
turbo back exhaust
Buschur FMIC
305 torque
296 power
(Once again, this is a MUSTANG dyno. For reference, a stock Viper makes 280 hp on this machine.)
Thanks again Khari- awesome car!

cool!
that dnyo chart looks like a good clean run
Just wonder what viper. (year/trim)
I know power claims for vipers range between 400-6 something.
Just to put things into perspective.
can you enlighten me on the fact you keep pointing out that this is a “MUSTANG”
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=mustang+dyno+vs+dynojet
I was wondering myself.
Some people even say the mustang dyno reads 25% lower than dynojet…but that number varies.
Mustang dynos read very low compared to others.
I believe it was a stock 93-94 viper.

ok then why would one pick up a mustang over a jet… is it the cost?? not to hate but really i dont get it
I am just pumped for all the dyno posts and would love to see a drag day or dyno day or something…
Most people say Mustang dynos read 12-15% less then a Dynojet.
So that Evo would make 341 hp on a Dynojet by calculations, but it’s just that, a calculation.
you guys and gals are making me want a evo
The Mustang Dynamometers are the most accurate machines out of the bunch. The rollers actually load vehicle weight against the tires, so the car HAS to pull it’s own weight compared to just going wide open throttle on a free spinning roller.
The dyno gives us real driving conditions and true load cells. Much more efficient for tuning and monitoring.
It’s not that the mustang dyno’s read lower… it’s that all the other dyno’s read higher
It all comes down to the calibrations in the dyno. So many people mess with them and get the numbers to read closer to a dynojet. We will leave ours alone.
The reason we picked our dyno over a dynojet is it just works better for our application. It has load features that the dyno jet just doesn’t have. I like to think the mustang is closer to the real number and doesn’t inflate numbers just to make the customer happy.
All and all, It its just a tool for reference while tuning. At the end of the day the score board at the end of the track is all that matters.

Awesome runs, all of your evos are badass. Are you going to run AI at that psi? If not when do you run meth or at least water on stock turbo for evos?
very true, people can make dyno’s put out more or less by messing around with the settings, but the mph tells all
you guys are just pumping out the cars up there, how about after i get tuned on a dynapack i come up there and do a run to see how they compare
comparing dynos is useless, pointless, and soooooo old.
just don’t even bother comparing numbers.
u can even post 3 charts of the same car on a dynojet and the #'s would be different everytime.
it would’ve been nice to see a before(stock) vs after cuz thats all a dyno is really good for.
u are right about one thing…MPH does tell it all
Did you do a 1/4 mile run on that car? seems to be a comparible setup to my old evo and I’d like to see what it should run in the 1/4.
Fo’ serious. That and letitroll’s old red car with the gold wheels, yuuuuuuuuuuum
is this adam’s old car? (sureshot!)
