I have this big tower thing I made. I need to show how it projects shadows on the ground. Ive tried rendering etc… but to no avail. If anyone could help me out id really appreciate it. Thanks!
One more question. I need a ramp that spirals up said tower,and i have no clue how to make that.

not sure about the shadows but for the ramp, did you try projecting/extruding a curve about a spline?
which CAD program…this makes a difference.
i believe he is on Arch Desktop…but yea it does make a difference
for rendering one u show an isometric view u should be able to select the face and change its properties… for the ramp u woul d have u use a spline ur just use a sprial staircase and change the the its properties to look like a ramp instead of stairs…but i am little rusty on Arch Desktop if thats what u are using…i dont use it anymore…i typically use MicroStation and Inventor
