Basically I’m looking to go somewhere and buy a 4x8’ sheet of aluminum, along with maybe a sheet of steel. Is there any places that sell metals like this or do you have to order them.

Valley Steel in Rochester can get you the sheet of steel. I don’t know if they deal in other metals or not.
