nope, 2 weeks paid vacation ftw.
starting the new job monday.
well i sat in a class from 8am-6pm…i’d rather be working and getting paid to sit in a desk that long.
I’m working crazy hours all the time now. I got to my regular 8-5 job, come home, eat, then retreat to my home office where I put in several hours of consulting work for my old company. This weekend I’ll be putting in a couple 8 hour shifts doing the consulting thing then Monday I start the cycle all over again. Pulling in mega $$ right now but I’m seriously wondering how long I can take it. Last night I went out and bought some sweet new office furniture for my home office to hopefully make it seem like I’m in there less because I’ll be more comfortable.
9-6 everyday + about an hour commute
No OT but annual bonus FTW
Oh yeah, and I do a lot of work at home afterhours
like server BS
and rebuild Blackberry servers
and fucking make sure our SAN doesn’t fall apart
and run backups
fucking backups.

ummm, 6pm-7am sun-thurs owns you all. actually it ownes me pretty hard too.
i just worked 8-2 in grand island installing floors…1 hour drive from my house then i cam back and worked 4-9 at colden tubing. its a good thing i like to drive fast and i have exciting jobs to keep me occupied. lol actually the floors job isnt exciting but tubing def is.
3 months of xbox 360, goin out, and cruisin topless cause its way warm in january FTW 
back to work on the 23rd though finally :bloated:
Last 2 weeks have been 10:30 pm to rougly 8:30 am with a 30 minute lunch/dinner/breakfast… usually. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I can’t wait to get back to first shift. I’m not cut out for 3rd… I can’t sleep when the sun is up, no matter what I try.
But at least the pay is good and I’m getting OT for the extra hours worked this week. One more day of 3rd… Thank God!!!
Damn, everytime you post shit like this I am like “whoa, me too!” Was supposed to work 9-2, the closer called in and no one would come in. Ended up working 9-9.
3rd shift ownz me 6pm 6-am 3 days a week with no weekends!
ehhhh… been working mad overtime all week long. Dont get me wrong, I like the $$$ but sucks that it has to be a week where it’s actually nice for a change

retail owns me. this is our busy season… we will do more than 1/2 our yearly sales in 3 months… between keeping everything in stock and working with a couple of new vendors to get their product on the floor… ugh, im spent
this would be r busy season but the lack of snow and cold nobodys buying batterys and tires. ill work the 2 to 9 shift today ill prolly pull in 500 dollars in sales.good thing i got internet access there.
