case of road rage where the victim was run off the road, her car flipped and she was ejected from the vehical ?
not sure where on the 33 it supposedly happened …
I’m pretty sure i drove by it after it happened, if it was, it was between the 33/198 and the harlem exit of the 33

The Buffalo Police Department is investigating an accident that has left a North Tonawanda woman in serious condition at the Erie County Medical Center.Buffalo Police Spokesperson Michael DeGeorge tells Eyewitness News, that 21 year old Melissa Burns, was traveling west bound on the 33 Expressway around 4 o’clock Sunday morning, when she hit the median several times. The force of the crash ejected Burns from the vehicle.
She was transported to the Erie County Medical Center where she is being treated for head injuries. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
