i am looking for some one to make a sheet metal bracket for my trunk latch and weld it inplace. the factory latch rusted out. anyone know how to do anything like this or even know a good place to take it? any imput would be great

Why not just get a new latch from a junkyard…
a quick fix would be fine and sorry i want too clear its not actually the trunk latch its the striker bar but i dont need a perfect fix i just need it to keep my trunk closed tight
