I had it sold for $47,000, but there were liens on the house I was buying in Cohoes to replace this one found in the title search, so instead of fitting all my shit in a small ass apartment, I decided to kill the deal and stay here…

get measurements for me and i will let you know what you’re looking at for materials cost from home depot or lowes as well as what i would charge to do the work (will def be cheaper labor than afsco) for measurements ill need the distance from the garage to the corner of the pavement where the fence changes direction to meet the steps, and instead of it being a straight line from that corner to the steps i would have a 90 degree corner and bring the fence out in line with the edge of the steps, so that the 2 sections of fence are parallel, also if you ever need to bring something in the house through that door the fence will be mostly out of the way. and what height do you want the fence at?

I’ll get you measurements later, when would you be able to do it? Im ready yesterday.
