but anyone know of anyother web sites that list these type of sales?

doesnt pittsburgh have a lot of tax sales and shit like that or condemned homes they are gonna tear down?

IMHO It’s best to get a good realtor…the one I use from Northwood always has properties prior to listing, in the early stages of foreclosure while it’s still easy.

I was looking at a property with her yesterday, she said that 40% of their closing are corporate…ie: in foreclosure. :ugh: Many people blame our mortgage broker’s giving loans exceding the home’s value.

Check out HUD’s website and the Veteran’s Administration website for bidding information. The majority of the time you need cash (no financing) or quick equity in another property.

An experienced realtor opened my eyes up to the shortcuts and paperwork. Just my two cents…

Check your local County courthouse for tax sales listings, my preference - look for Free and Clear type sales (You don’t assume titles liens and encumberances)
