My roommate and I are putting ours up for rent… We’re looking for a bigger place, so the landlord will let us out of the lease if we find a replacement tenant.
It’s a one bedroom in Shaler, but we’re using the living room as a second bedroom. There’s a full kitchen, and a decent bathroom. It’s on Mt Royal Blvd in Shaler (one minute from Rt 8, five minutes from Rt 28) and the rent is $395 + electric.
