Undecided if I want to have a roommate this upcoming fall since my current roommate situation is leaving a bad taste in my mouth, but I figure Id check anyways. Anyone here live, or looking to live, in an apt downtown that needs a roommate? Im going to check out some apartments in a couple weeks and its obviously way more cost effective to get a 2br vs a 1br or even a studio.

Yes this is the same place. 700 a month includes laundry, water/sewage, and the off street parking spot.
Kyle, sine you’re out of town, I’ll just second Whitey’s place. Very easy to downtown, real nice little joint, very clean, great location. To be honest, $700 is a steal there.
