Anybody know a friend, family, or even yourself that has a 2br for rent. Outside the city. Looking for about 450/mo. + utilities.

Just want to get out of downtown. No roommates already have one in mind. Tried craigslist but that is pretty much either a) shitty housing or b) downtown.

I currently live on Elmwood, and want to live someplace a little bit bigger.

Tried artvoice, and the paper but nothing seems to be popping up. So just seeing if anybody on here knows anyone that rents.

Looking for May move in… so asap is good. As I want out of my current place ex.) all the threads of problems I’ve had with neighbors and etc.

^^ really? Wow didn’t realize that. Well either way. Even 500-550 would be fine. I’m just sick of my apartment and how much I pay for how little it is. I just want something a bit bigger + a yard would be nice.

Any place is really an option, cept it can’t be like GI, Niagara Falls, Lockport areas. Gotta be within reasonable driving distance ~10 minute drive to downtown.

I am 5 min and parked in a garage DT.

Too bad u didnt post up sooner, the 1.5 bedroom place Itagaki rented for 275 a mos. just had the new people move in.

At least it sounds like I shouldn’t have a problem finding a place. Is there any better place to find something other than drive around?

I know a place for 450, But I claimed it already!

Fucking place is HUGE!! Its belongs to a attorney I work for and is 100% Totally Remodeled. New walls, floors, windows “EVERYTHING” And in Aug. he will have the lower for rent also for like $500," being it’s a lil bit bigger than the upper."

So if anyone is looking by that time, let me know. Its on G. Urban Blvd. Like 5 houses before Genesee st. Its a Nice hood “Trust me, thats my Fire companys district” Lot’s of old ppl, But theres a few nice hot chicks i know in the area also!

I wouldn’t find ya a dump either, If I trust my wife and kids to live there, I would let a friend live there. So I’ll let ya know if i see anyhting

the complex i live in alden has an opening…i think i pay 450 for a 2 bedroom
its right in the village about 25 minutes from downtown though but not too bad

Meh 25 minutes is a little more than I am looking for, for a commute.
