Ideally thats where I’d like to move to, drove through different places and I like the area seems quieter but still close to everything.

However no For Rent signs out front anywhere, and of course papers/craigslist is worthless in that area.

It really doesn’t matter as long as its a nice place, not super busy with offstreet parking and a garage. So a side street by UB south might be decent. As long as its not a huge apt unit. (Would prefer just a place with an upper/lower apt).
