We are fast approaching our June 1 lease due date and both my roomate and I are looking to get out of our current apt. We are searching CL and artvoice regularly. Looking for a nice place to call home while we advance our careers.

Desired specs:
-~$800/mo. (flexible depending of quality/ amnenities)
-Nice area
-Off street
-Driveway/Garage/Yard preferred
-Storage for our stinky hockey shit

Area:
-North Buff/ Parkside area
-Elmwood Village
-Would consider closer to waterfront or suburbs. We are open to ideas.

I am looking for a 1 bedroom in North Buff/Parkside. There aren’t even that many 1 bedrooms since there are so many 3 bedrooms in that area and I still have a huge list to call on.

I live in a 3 bedroom upper above the owner right now with access to a basement with laundry hookups, 1 offstreet parking spot and access to a garage spot behind it. It is $650/mo without heat or electric. It is a nice place on Starin ave between Hertel and Kenmore. We will most likely be moving out June 1st, I could recommend you if you want.

I have a 4 bedroom house that will be for rent soon. Unfortunately, it is off Clinton, near the Downtown area. So, i don’t think you would want it.
But, it would be ~$600/mo. on a month-to-month lease.

good luck man, just went through this a couple months ago. CL is the place to watch, but a lot of people just for whatever reason never get back to you.

I appreciate it man, dealt with the same thing the last time around. Scouring craigslist for months, emailing, calling, sometimes finding a gem, sometimes no response at all…

Did you end up somewhere nice?

Interested in responses from current lesee’s as well. Becks APT, although stretching our budget, would obviously be dope as hell.

Yea I actually found a place thru CL a couple blocks away from where I was at. Nice big place with everything I wanted. You might try just driving around the area you want and look for a sign.

beware though, I was really surprised at what people thought was worth $1k/mn, not to mention the crap condition they would show places in…
