yeap that serial is what to high to be a pre-ban yeah thats common overlooked thing no spot weld the muzzle break. I am pretty sure if plaf bought it that way and its welded

not to go off topic in the for sale thread, but many companies that sell kits such as m1s/ffe/dpms/ect sell kits that are not ban compliant unless you specifically ask for to be so they can come with the bayonet lug/threaded break/collapsable a2 stock.

if this was a 20in ar i would have already picked it up!

they come semi, but with 2 alterations it can be a fully automatic weapon. and yes it is an assault rifle. walk into any gun shop that has them for sale being over 18 with a clean record, you can walk out with an ar15!

it is not an “assault rifle” they were wrongfully called assault rifles in the 1994 assault weapons ban. To be an actual “assault rifle” it has to be capable of selective fire aka full auto or burst.

I got a new quad rail and remounted everything onto it and cleaned the shit out of it… I’ll have to post pics sometime soon. What did you say the barrel length was on it?
