and the point isnt who is driving, its the antics that come along with you and your gangs races.
as far as how consistant the track numbers were, i dont have any videos of 'em… cause you guys never get videos of your amazing runs. But i heard it was all 12’s and one high 11, which who knows who was driving, and who knows how long the car lasted before it blew up, like every other mystery car of yours. They come out, make alot of noise and riot… then something blows up, breaks, leaks, over boosts, explodes, whatever the excuse is… and then you talk about how fast your next car will be, before you have it, and then it lasts another 2 weeks.
I have no doubt, anyone could make a car run down the track faster than someone else… but as far as consistancy goes, how long have you consistantly had the same car running for? seems like a new project every time i turn around. Throw like 30psi on a motor, and run down the track once and run a fast time. Then the car disappears, just a guess but when you just cob shit together and throw boost at it, it doesnt last long. So i’d rather lose the 1 or 2 times i see you at the track, and drive my car all summer like i have the last 4 years, without having any problems.

I know you don’t know much about fast cars, but to go fast you will break parts. Its a FACT. Lets look at the top four on the list:
Ray has a Fast Car…Has broken parts and engines in his time. Also ran 10.2 once
Arod …fast car…gone thru 2 engine blocks , many tranny parts…ect…ran 10.5 once and “disappears”
brooks…fast car…also broke many parts…ran 10.6 once and “disappears”
Mike…had a fast car…also broke tranny…ect…ran 10.9 once and “disappears”
Fact: to go fast you will break parts ect. Ive gone thru two blocks but they were oem sleeved. Im also pushing a non-vtec motor and that is much faster than any vtec set-up around here. I have a trailer after im done racing because i daily drive a benz instead of honda but thats just me.

well…i’m sure the stock motor would still be running strong in my car if i was stupid on a 30* day when i first bought it… pretty sweet that i dont have the “disappears”, i guess i have something going good for me :banana

yeah it happens… i could daily drive a benz too if i wanted to drive an even less reliable car than my “race car” so i choose toyota instead. reliable and fuel efficient… swift we need more victory videos. :lol

Everyone’s term of “fast” is different but it’s not uncommon for 10-11 second imports to NOT break at all. The only real issue my car has had is an alternator. Shit definately happens but it shouldn’t be considered the norm for a properly set up/tuned car.
Also, “break” is a variable as well. Big difference between some plugs going at the track vs cracking a block or cracking a 1MM piece of ring landing.

it was what 10yrs old at the time it died, not un common, even my DD toyota ate up a brand new atlernator in december, brought it back and got a new one again, no problems since… excuses are what it is.
He missed a shift, ofcourse he was going to lose…Dan’s car was fast, can’t even say it wasn’t…Who cares, he did a burnout to help maybe get traction?
Sounded to me he missed a gear or so in both vids.
Only 1 video was of Dan racing Matt, Dan had turbo LS DC2…that now has an ITR front end and an H2B swap :banana
i was there, whitnessed that run in person. not my fault you couldnt even drive at the time that race happened. there was no gear-missing, because if there was they would have insisted on going again.
