For those of you who don’t know me (and my apologies to those that do) I’m a design / build general contractor (residential / light commercial). From time to time I come across building products that I hate to landfill, or some that were a result of a misorder or return. Examples of some items I come across are: plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, etc. I post these on Craig’s list from time to time but we all know there isn’t too much success there. Some items are new and some are used which could be used for those on a budget or those with rental properties that just need functional equipment. I’ll try to update this with product as it becomes available. If you are looking for something specific, please PM me and I’ll keep my eyes open. Here’s a couple items I have to start with.
Cultured Stone Vanity Top
This was purchased new for a customer and an employee made an error on the location of the undermount sink so it could not be used for the project for which it was ordered. Paid $ 870.00 (still have the invoice) brand new, still in the box and I am willing to deliver to the WNY area, within reason. All the information is listed below. This cuts like a soft granite and can be cut with an angle grinder and abrasive wheel. It is set up for a wall to wall fit with both end splashes. Brand new, never installed. I never took a pic of this for some reason, but the color can be found on their website.

Body Shower
I have a brand new Kohler Waterhaven shower unit for sale. I attached stock photo’s but can get you actuals if you’re seriously interested. This unit has two shower heads, a hand sprayer, and four body sprays, all which are adjustable. Very simple to install with just a hot and cold feed connection. All the valves are contained withing the unit. Was planning on using this for my future home but decided against it after my wife wasn’t as thrilled with it as I thought she’d be.
These originally retailed for upwards of 8,000.00 when they first came out. Some are still out there in the 3-4,000 range, if you can find them. I’d be willing to deliver.

Andersen Window (Double Hung)
(1) 36" x 54" (I believe)
New construction style with nailing fins. Clear Pine interior, white vinyl exterior, screen, low E / Argon, no grids in glass, in box. mis-ordered for a job long ago. would make perfect garage window. Don’t remember what series but will check if serious.

Vinyl Replacement Window (Double Hung)
27 3/4"w x 32 1/4" h, white interior and exterior, half screen, low e and argon (I assume), pretty good shape. Removed from a project where it was installed between two small baths (don’t ask me why, it was a weird setup) so it’s never seen weather.

Misc. Vinyl Windows (Sales samples)
I’ve managed to accumulate a small inventory over the years of “sample windows” from various manufacturer’s. You’ve probably seen these when you walk in the door at Lowe’s or Home Depot. They are typically 18-20" wide by 24-36" tall. They are fully functional versions of the windows they represent. They would be good for projects like playhouses, garages, tree stands (if you’re a high tech redneck). None have nailing fins but could still be installed as new construction if you know what you’re doing. Keep me from throwing these out. I can get photo’s / sizes if you’re interested, or come to my shop and pick em out.

Six-Panel Pine Door
Had a small clerical error on an order for a recent commercial retrofit. Ended up staining and finishing a Pine door and now it’s not needed. Info: 36" x 80" x 4 9/16" jamb pre-hung unit, hinged left, knob right (from the flush side), brushed nickel hinges, custom stain color, satin lacquer topcoat. Can be painted if you desire.

I will be remodeling a couple baths over the next month or two so I will have some of the following items available. Will post pics as they come up. If anyone is looking for anything in particular, perhaps for a rental property or low budget fix up, let me know. For the most part, much of what I take out of projects is in pretty good shape, just dated or out of style. I typically have access to all the 60’s / 70’s style toilets (green, pink, blue, sometimes basic white) that still function fine.
