Smith was particulary interested in an eight-year-old girl. He told authorities she was enticing him because he could see her underwear when she rode her Big Wheels
“Sheriff Howard said Smith had been arrested at least four times in other states for crimes against women and children, but nothing serious enough to keep him behind bars for long.”

The world is far too PC for its own good. Nothing good will come from the way the laws are working more to protect the criminal than the victim these days. It is really sad to see.

My neighbor has cameras all over the place and other neighbors have complained with no results.
Celebs get video taped at home all the time and it is legal.
I hope they have good evidence against this creep.
Their talking about this on Shred and Regan and playing news clips. One was he had a chair with a hole cut into it so he didnt “miss anything” when he watched girls.
