I have the asus computer model cs5111-ap008 and i was wondering if anyone can tell me what specs is the graphics card. My Gf installed The sims 2 and it worked fine but now will not go past the EA logo in the beginning. Im trading the game for a new one to see if its the cd.
If you can help me find out if i need a better graphics card id appreciate it

Seems to have an IGP - Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3500. Meets the system requirements (barely)…maybe update the video card drivers?
how do i go about updating the drivers?
I disabled the sound and the game works… Is it that my computer isnt fast enough to work with the graphics and sounds together?
Would i need an updated sound card or graphics card or both?
