no matter who tells u what, peak is genetic. look at people like kevin levone. no peak at all but some of the biggest arms in the industry. well 10 years ago. still one of my favorite bodybuilders, other than the fact i think he catered to gay men more than anything with his photos. haha

I agree 100 percent. I’ll NEVER carry a big arm simply because the bone structure in my arms resembles toothpicks. Not that my peak is much better either ha.
