Is that suppose to be from “Cars”. He has the opening in the bumper that looks like a mouth, the grill (nose), headlights (eyes) and the scoops (eye brows(a little off centered)) I find it pretty comical!
and if you look carefully, he’s parked by a handicapped meter!
