You guys can bash them as much as you want. I agree most of the guys are retards. There are only a select few that I trust to work on cars that belong to people I know.
I feel like deadbeats car situation was NOT handled properly. It is an older car, so yea there is a chance a cam bolt or 2 will brake. I would have replaced both rear bolts and re-aligned the car completely. I really didn’t think it was to big of a deal to do. I am Embarased to say I work there sometimes, and it’s because of situations like this. Unfortunately there is only so much I can do before it gets to be out of my hands. My Manager has Final say over me. I apologize about the entire situation.
