I feel like deadbeats car situation was NOT handled properly. It is an older car, so yea there is a chance a cam bolt or 2 will brake. I would have replaced both rear bolts and re-aligned the car completely. I really didn’t think it was to big of a deal to do. I am Embarased to say I work there sometimes, and it’s because of situations like this. Unfortunately there is only so much I can do before it gets to be out of my hands. My Manager has Final say over me. I apologize about the entire situation.

The Mavis in Saratoga is only good to mount loose wheels at. The managers there a complete con artists and tried to rip my GF so hard it wasn’t funny until I stepped in.
I had originally called Nick for prices on snow tires for Sam’s car and he gave me his suggestion and pricing for the tires and the studs. Unfortunately that day i was stuck at work and Sam’s is a pussy about driving in traffic so i sent her to the Mavis in saratoga. she comes back saying that they wanted something close to $400 more than the price Nick gave me. As soon as I got out of work I stormed over there and embarassed that guy to no end by standing directly in front of his face and calling and reporting him to their corporate offices for price gouging and taking advantage of someone who he thought didn’t know what they are doing…
I will only use Mavis if I know that Nick is working and even at that point only for inspection and mounting loose wheels
