Audi A6 / Allroad 6 speed swap

Here is a mostly complete 6-speed setup pulled from a 2000 A6 with a blown motor.

120k miles on everything except the trans. The trans was a used unit swapped in when the original trans had a shift collar failure. It has no leakage and all gears engage smoothly on the bench.

Included:

  • 01e transmission w/ mounts, linkage and speed/reverse sensors
  • 2.7t spacer plate, reverse and speed sensors w/ harness pigtails
  • 120k clutch slave (should probably replace)
  • 4 axles. The two front axles need new outer boots.
  • Drive shaft
  • Rear diff, no signs of leakage
  • Flywheel, clutch & pressure plate. Clutch was replaced when the trans was swapped so it is very new.
  • Nuespeed short throw shifter w/ TT knob. Shifter box, forks, etc.
  • You will need a pedal assembly, clutch line and a few small things to complete the swap.
