Audi Question: what years / models came w/ the blue door & seat inserts ?

i know a number of the s4’s had the option, but i also seam to remember seeing an A4 with a similar interior… but im far from positive about that

school me …

year, model and exterior color break downs if posible …

I think those where S4 models.
I could be wrong.

It was in all nogaro blue S4s with the sport package 99 and up.

as for regular S4s, I don’t think they got the same interior, but there are a lot of crazy interior colors to be had in B5s (96-01.5)

A4s with odd interiors:

There is also a really cool dark tan color known as “buffalino” but I could not find a pic. Also, the sport cloth seats are amazing.

blue alcantera was not ONLY available in the nogaro s4, it was also available in black. silver alcantera was available in all the other colors and it was part of the “sport” option along with alum side mirror housings. as far as other colors, or even alcantera inserts being available in a4’s i am 99% sure they dont exist but i could be wrong. i never researched the a4’s that much.

wow that blue interior is naaasssty. looks like a color that would be in a 92 corsica.

A4’s did not come with the Alacantra seats. S4 only.

And I thought I seen a yellow one before, but it may have been custom.

yellow is custom. blue and silver only from factory. all of them look like ass except the silver. but after a few years they get the lil balls your wool sweater gets, so eventually they all turn shitty, or high maintenance. they do hold you in the seat better though, thats the one regret i have not getting it (i dont like the mirrors either)

It does look nice…but once uncared for suede starts to show signs of age there is no going back. Give me leather any day to care for…a whole bunch easier to maintain and clean.

oh and btw, 99 did have them only as a build date though. if i remember correctly the s4 was not introduced in the US as a 99 model, only 2000-2002, but some 2000 have a 99 build date.

well then it must have been something the owner had done because as i remember it, the car i speak of was a Santorin blue A4, and the inserts were a shade that matched santorin more then negaro

and im pretty sure that it was the normal A4 seats, not the S4 style seats

thanks guys
