Neither one met the schedule. They decided when they were going to be joining us on their own.

nothing else at all matters anywhere near what children do. they’re the only reason to be alive.
incidentally, my wife was scheduled to be induced for my second boy’s birth and when they set the date i advised that i was busy that day and we moved it up a day so that i could make some important meetings… in hindsight, i work too hard.
Yea… 1 very short failed marriage, a bad house investment, some bad moves $$ and life wise that I’m finally recovering from and have a path out of.
I’ll have a son in less than 48 hours, I’m out of WNY, I have a WONDERFUL wife (2nd marriage) that is one of the best women I’ve ever met, I’ll be 75% out of the debt I was in by December, and completely out of debt except mine and my wife’s college payments by Dec 2012 (Last thing to pay off as they’re cheap and tax deductible), I’m approved at work for either a EMBA or PMBA starting next fall at the U of U, my wife is already looking to go back starting next fall for a radiology degree. All in all, I made a lot of mistakes in my 31 years on this planet, and went through a lot of crap… Now I’m starting to see some positive in the future instead of just more struggles.
I’m really looking forward to having my son around and giving him the life I never had, while still teaching him to be grateful for everything.
talk about setting pecking order from day one.

Congratulations. I became an uncle last week and it was awesome. Can’t imagine actually having one.
