Are the Auto and the 5speed speed sensors the same or completely different? i.e. is the voltage output the same or different?
my auto one works in the 5speed tranny, but it reads double the speed, so I went to Nissan and bought the little pinion for the 5speed sensor. I just hope it fits.
I don’t want to take out the speed sensor if it won’t work hehe… so does anyone know?
speed sensor is held on by 1 bolt (on s13 anyways). might as well try it since you’ve got the part already.
